HEATING HOMOGENEITY
Your products are controlled with a homogeneous heat distribution from the moment they enter the kiln to the moment of exit. 5-way heating ensures optimum temperature uniformity in the kiln. Protected by heating plates on the trolley top and provides protection on the stacking surface
STRENGTHENED DESIGN
The design of the furnace can strengthen your process specifically. Heating elements can be reinforced with thermal shock resistant refractories and door, trolley reinforcement for heavy loads and geared control, corrosion resistance enhancing protections.

The kiln is set at a height that is most ergonomic for loading and the door can be opened even when the kiln temperature is at maximum. The automatic chimney motor and digital controller can be set to run automatically at any time you want.

From 16 Litres to 12000 Litres, we can produce special trolley heat treatment furnaces for your business needs in various volumes, and we produce solutions for all processes up to 1300°C with customisable furnaces for your special processes.
It can be transported by manual or electric reducer motor and the car design can be customised according to the load to be transported.
