Ball mills are used for dry and wet mixing and grinding of ceramic raw materials, glaze, pebbles, kaolin, ores and other raw materials for fine grinding, to achieve the average uniform fineness of the final products and to save power.

Alumina grinding balls are used as abrasive media for ceramic raw materials and glaze materials.

Ceramic, cement and enamel factories as well as glass processing factories prefer ball mills due to their high density, high hardness and excellent wear resistance.

It is produced in different sizes for your raw material processing in 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and 750 kg weights.
It is ideal for stable, safe and high performance with lower investment cost, energy-saving operation, durable structure and ease of use.
Wear-resistant Alumina liner and alumina balls have high grinding precision and less metal pollution.
It not only increases the service life of the mill and the purity of the milled materials, but also expands the application range.

Suitable for the ceramic, glaze and quartz industry with sensitive requirements in terms of metal content.
Can be used for wet or dry grinding. For wet/dry grinding, water can be added up to 40% by weight of the raw material.
The fineness of the material to be ground depends on the grinding time.
There is a digital time display and counter.
There are two covers.
Alumina balls are available in 60 - 50 - 40 - 30 - 30 - 25 - 20 mm sizes according to your application.
