REFSAN Pneumatic clamshell furnaces are designed for long years of continuous use, providing equal heat distribution at all performances for every production process.
Durable steel construction, high quality insulation material Kanthal heating elements with ventilation options are designed for the longest years of use for your process. The parallel opening door reduces heat dissipation and allows easy and safe operation. It can be opened when the oven is hot and the load can be removed for cooling or quenching. In this way, process times are shortened and the remaining energy of the furnace is used for heating the new batch of charge.
The Annealing and Hardening Furnace is suitable for heat treatment at temperatures up to 1300°C in different volumes. It is designed as a reliable versatile product for heat treatment of metals. You can provide exhaust air control with the optional chimney system.
- Kanthal heating elements and electrical components are equipped with the highest quality products to ensure optimum performance at all times.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ - Heating is provided from three directions and each application ensures optimum temperature uniformity.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ - The entire external structure is made of stainless steel and coated to resist corrosion. It is ensured to be long-lasting to work in open air conditions.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ - It is designed to provide optimum ventilation and is controlled by a motorised exhaust air cover. In addition, you can add a chimney system and provide exhaust air control.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ - Thanks to the digital controller, you can control 5 different programmes and 15 steps in each programme.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ - Insulation is provided with alumina bricks. Fibre wools which may have carcinogenic effects are not used in our kilns.
