REFSAN vacuum sludge processing machines have 2 built-in augers and are used to regenerate ceramic sludges to the desired consistency and to remove air from the sludge masses.
Its presence in ceramic production and sludge production plants is a requirement for ceramic sludge recycling and reuse.
By removing air from the sludge, you can reduce production errors such as broken products and pots during cooking due to trapped air pockets.
Available in different sizes for 3000 kg/h working volumes.
- You can process up to 3000kg of sludge per hour with different models with an outlet diameter between 80-200 mm.
- Two separate screws are used for confection and extrusion and are powered by separate motors, improving vacuum quality and process speed.
- The vacuum pump is also powered by a 3rd motor, so you can always achieve the best results during the process.
- Cleaning and maintenance are simplified in our slurry processing machines with built-in slurry cutter and roll rack.
- There is an overload prevention system.
- Special extrusion molds can be produced according to your request.
- Vacuum sludge processing machines can be manufactured from stainless steel and ST 37 steel. ST 37 steel can be used according to the type of sludge you produce.
