Opener mixers are specially manufactured to suit your production.
The vertical mixer is used for mixing and homogenising raw materials of different sizes and densities with its helical mixer tip.
It is applied as a pre-mixer in ceramic production line to get a better mixing of your prescribed slurries.
- 6800L volume capacity can be produced.
- It can operate between 100 - 390 rpm with gearmotor.
- Helical type mixer is used.
- The agitator shaft diameter is 80mm and is made of stainless steel.
- Tank, agitator impeller, shaft, tank covers are made of stainless steel.
- There are 2 boiler discharge valves on the bottom and side.
