RST200 JIGGER&JOLLY MACHINE

It is available in two models, Standard and Puller. With the Puller Template lathe machine you can produce deep products and you can shape them vertically.

The digital controller can control your whole process and improve the efficiency of mass production.

160 mm machining width and 110 mm machining depth capacity.

You can control the production speed with multiple calibres in automatic production. It provides continuous operation at your fixed settings in automatic control.
Manual operation is possible for mold adjustments.
In semi-automatic operation, all controls can be used in the automatic setting, while you can start each operation manually.
Shaping time, stopping time, product thickness, application pressure can be adjusted with the digital controller.
Rotation speed, rotation direction can be adjusted manually.
Thanks to the angle, height and width rulers, you can make new mould adjustments very quickly.
The upper forming mold is made of polyamide and the lower plaster mold bed is made of polyamide and aluminum.
The upper forming mould is moved by a pneumatic piston.
