REFSAN HISTORY
- 1992 Refsan Halil Karaaslan and Gökhan Karaaslan started production with tile kiln manufacturing in Kütahya.
- The operation started with the installation of a tile kiln for heat treatment needs with a special order and has grown as a company that progresses with product development and design in order to meet the special needs of our customers even in standard products.
- 1995 in an area of 60 m2, in addition to tile furnaces, furnaces used in ceramic, porcelain and glass production were developed.
- It has started to help a wider production process with specially prepared furnaces suitable for max temperature and production volume.
- 1999 the company started to participate in fairs in Turkey and started to provide services throughout the country.
- 2003 our new 300 m2 production centre was opened and production continued from there.
- With the new production location, machines and workshop designs for the ceramic, glass fusion sector have started to be made. Workshop installation service was provided.
- 2006'onwards, the first ceramic machine market was established in Turkey and online sales started.
- with REF-SAN ART Art Centre, an exhibition place where the works of tile masters were collected for the first time in Kütahya, artistic ceramics and tile ceramic machines were exhibited.
- 2011 with REF-SAN ART Art Centre, an exhibition place where the works of tile masters were collected for the first time in Kütahya, artistic ceramics and tile ceramic machines were exhibited.
- It has become a centre where different applications on ceramics and glass are studied and activities are carried out with the participation of users or interested parties.
- 2014 a sales office was opened in Georgia.
- Our activities in regions such as Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia are still continuing today. In addition, educational institutions in the region have also recognised the quality of our products and various studies have been carried out together.
- 2016 our new 3000 m2 factory was opened.
- In our new factory, which works together with the showroom, you can find ceramic production machines and kilns as well as related products such as mud, biscuit paint brushes.
- 2021 a factory area where industrial industrial furnaces and ceramic machines were manufactured with a closed area of 5400 m2 on 13.000 m2 land in the 1st OIZ was built.
- Refsan productions such as ceramic, glass, tile, heat treatment furnaces, ceramic preparation machines, mud and biscuit production are carried out in two factories.
- 2023 an additional 2.100 m2 closed area was added to the factory built in OSB and the machinery department was enlarged and ceramic & porcelain mud production was started.
- It welcomes its visitors with a showroom where you can see all Refsan products such as ceramic, glass, tile, heat treatment furnaces, ceramic preparation machines.
