KILN INSULATION MATERIALS


CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET
- ► They are the world's best insulation brands.
- ► Provides excellent heat insulation at high temperatures.
- ► Temperature : 1260 and 1430 °C.
- ► Thickness: 13 mm - 25 mm - 50 mm.
- ► Density: 128 Kg/m3.

CERAMIC FIBER BOARD PLATE
- ► Ceramic fiber products with high density and strength.
- ► It is used as background insulation material in industrial furnaces.
- ► Max Temperature 1260°C
- ► Density 300 - 360 kg/cm3.

CERAMIC FIBRE PAPER
- ► It is a flexible, lightweight, formable insulation material.
- ► It has minimum shrinkage and minimum thermal conductivity at high temperature.
- ► The small number of organic binders in it provides flexibility and impermeability.
- ► It is used to give form to the products cooked at high temperature.

CALCIUM SILICATE PLATES
- ► Insulation materials that do not contain asbestos.
- ► Suitable for back insulation of light or heavy refractory bricks or refractory concrete combinations.
- ► The low thermal shock resistance of calcium silicate prevents its use as a front surface insulation material.

ROCK WOOL PLATES AND MATTRESSES
- ► Does not produce bacteria and microorganisms thanks to its inorganic structure.
- ► Thanks to its fibres, it offers a peaceful environment as it eliminates negative external factors such as sound and noise.
- ► Stone wool has water repellent properties thanks to its saturated structure.

INSULATED FIRE BRICKS
- ► They are very special insulation bricks with low thermal conductivity used in hot surface inner coatings and backup insulation of cookers and kilns.
- ► LBK insulated brick is very light and has low heat conductivity.
- ► It is produced to be used in furnace floors with high heat resistance.

CERAMIC PIPE
- ► Tubular ceramic materials used in industrial applications requiring high temperature, wear resistance, chemical resistance and insulation properties.
- ► It is used in industrial furnaces as a carrier for all kinds of resistance wires.
- ► Resistant to thermal shocks and high temperatures

GLUES

CERAMIC FIBRE ADHESIVE
- ► It is a special adhesive with high viscosity, hardens in air and consists of a mixture of different inorganic products.
- ► It is a very capable material for bonding ceramic/soluble fibre products to each other, to mineral fibres, to refractory and especially to metal surfaces.
- ► Max. operating temperature : 1260 °C.

CERAMIC HARDENER
- ► It is an important construction chemical used to increase the durability and resistance of building materials.
- ► Extends the lifetime of structures, reduces costs and requires less maintenance.
- ► It fills the cracks and holes on the surfaces of building materials and makes the surface smooth and even.

BRICK MORTAR
- ► Used for bonding refractory bricks.
- ► Can be used at 1300 °C.
- ► It provides trouble-free application with its high quality at every point.
CERAMIC METARIALS


CLAYS
- ► High workability clays.
- ► Generally, they shrink little, do not warp and do not sag too much.
- ► It contains kaolin, feldspar and quartz.

PAINTS
- ► Single component and easy to apply.
- ► Resistant to corrosive U.V. rays.
- ► High adherence to difficult surfaces.

GLAZES
- ►It increases the aesthetic value of the product by bringing colour and texture features to ceramic products.
- ► Forms a covering layer on the body showing firing colour.
- ► Prevents contamination and provides ease of cleaning.

OXIDE AND RAW MATERIALS

- ► Raw materials used in ceramic clay include marble, wollastonite, magnesite, dolomite, talc, flint and silex, gypsum, disten, volcanic tuffs, perlite, etc.

KILN SHELF & SUPPORT PRODUCTS

SHELF LEG ROUND
- ► Made of high temperature resistant special refractory material.
- ►1250°C resistant.
- ► The 3 cm ones are used for stacking triangular feet on top of each other, especially in tile making.

SHELF LEG SQUARE
- ► Made of mullite material
- ► 1300°C resistant
- ► It is used for overlapping the shelves in the kiln.

SHELF STANDING
- ► Origin : ITALY
- ►Max. operating temperature is 1250°.
- ► Very good thermal shock resistance.

KILNS SHELF (SiC)
- ► Heat permeability is very good.
- ► 1400°C resistant
- ► 40x50x1.2 cm – 6,7 KG

SHELF SYSTEM INSIDE THE KILN
- ► Used in gold gilding kilns.
- ►It is made of heat resistant 304 quality stainless steel.
- ►No problem at 700 °C.

KILN SHELF (CORRUGATED)
- ►Maximum operating temperature is 1250°C.
- ►Suitable for tile ceramic kilns.
- ►The stone kiln can also be used for bread, pizza, pita bread and other pastries.
- ►The baking stone ensures that the heat is spread homogenously. In this way, your product is cooked evenly on all sides.

- ► Specially for ceramics, plaster moulds are prepared by our professional plaster mould production team.
- ► Longer use thanks to its strong grip.

RESISTANCE PRODUCTS

KANTHAL RESISTANCE WIRES
- ► FeCrAl and NiCr wires in sizes from 1 to 4 mm.
- ► It is a ferritic iron chromium aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) and can be used at temperatures up to 1400°C.
- ► Temperature: 1400 °C resistant.
- ► Kanthal A-1 has high resistivity and very good oxidation resistance properties.
- ► High temperatures; used in heat treatment, ceramic, glass, iron-steel and electronic furnaces.

TERMOKUPLLAR
- ► 20-25-30-35 cm. in length (excluding the head)
- ► Temperature measurement between 0 - 1200 °C.
- ► The tip is made of porcelain. It does not tarnish or spill like metal at high temperatures.
- ► There is no electricity in the thermocouple. There is no risk of electric shock.
