Filter Presses can be manufactured in a variety of sizes, from small, laboratory-scale 250 mm 10-plate presses to much larger capacities such as 60-plate 800 mm plates.
With Filter Presses, one of the most widely used machine systems for dewatering and mineral beneficiation, liquid sludge loading, aeration and processing can be integrated with the sludge preparation process and then with the sludge processing process to optimize production/process speed.

- Chamber type plates are used in filter presses. The size and number of plates are determined according to your business and production. Polypropylene plates and Polypropylene Filter cloth are used as standard for ceramic sludge.
- Filter Presses are designed for center loading as standard, but can also be designed for top loading depending on your production requirements.
- The discharge is designed according to the requirements of your application, open and closed.
- It has 100 - 300 bar compression pressure and is equipped with a hydraulic and manual compaction chassis.
- Filter Presses are used for liquid/solid separation in a wide range of industries and applications other than ceramic slurry production: Food and beverage processing, Chemical production, Mining, Power generation, Asphalt and cement production, Steel mills, Municipal plants
- In the sludge preparation process Mixer and Pumps optionally available with Filter press. Also available Pugmill Machine you can also process your dewatered sludge.
